Full form insert to ASME/ANSI B1.20.3 - 1976
Insert sizing code eg 16NR 16=size of insert / N=Internal E=External / L=Left hand R=Right hand U=Left or Right Hand.
Ground inserts for high quality thread production.
Grade PTC2 (TiN PVD coating) P15-P35, M15-M30, K10-K20, S10-S15 and N05-H10
Suitable for all materials including heat resistant alloys, austenitic stainless steels, hard steels and carbon steels.
